금영엔터테인먼트, '읽어주는 노래방' 서비스 특허 출원!

금영엔터테인먼트가 자체 개발한 세계 최초 ‘읽어주는 노래방’서비스가 특허 (등록번호 : 10-2200792)를 취득했다고 밝혔다.
 
이번 특허는 노래 반주에 맞춰 사용자가 가사를 틀리지 않고 부를 수 있도록 가사를 미리 읽어주는 ‘읽어주는 노래방’ 서비스의 음원 파일 구조와 이를 기록한 기록매체 및 음원 파일 제작 방법을 포함하는 권리범위  특허로서 유사 서비스에 대한 대비를 위해 진행 되었다.
 
‘읽어주는 노래방’ 서비스는 한국어를 모국어로 사용하지 않는 국가에서 K-POP을 쉽게 따라 부를 수 있도록 하여 K-POP의 열기를 더 해줄 수 있다는 점에서 획기적이며, 반대로 국내에서 따라 부르기 힘든 팝송이나 외국곡들을 쉽게 부를 수 있도록 해주는 획기적 비즈니스 모델이라 평가 받고 있다. 서비스 기술의 경우 기술신용평가기관(Tech Credit Bureau)인 나이스디앤비 TCB평가로 부터 기술성, 시장성, 사업성에서 인정받아 중소기업이 받을 수 있는 최고의 기술등급인 T2등급을 획득했다.
 
금영엔터테인먼트가 취득한 ‘읽어주는 노래방’ 서비스 특허와 관련된 기술은 노래방의 반주 음원 컨텐츠와 함께 빅스비가 탑재된 삼성 스마트폰 등 삼성 스마트 디바이스를 통해 국내 서비스할 예정이다. 또한 삼성 스마트 TV에도 탑재되어 미국, 캐나다 및 유럽 10개국에 서비스 될 예정으로 국가별 특허 출원도 진행 중이다. 
 
이와 함께 KT기가지니 금영노래방과 SK텔레콤 인공지능(AI) 누구(NUGU)에 탑재되어 T맵, 누구오팔 등을 통해 서비스를 시작했으며, 최근에는 카카오 멜론과의 제휴를 통해 고객에게 인공지능(AI)과 함께 노래하는 즐거움을 선사하고 있다. 
 


특허 취득을 대리한 특허법인 대아의 정병직 대표 변리사는 “기존의 정체되어 있던 노래방 시장에 활력을 불러 일으킬 기술 콘텐츠를 독점 배타적인 권리로 보호 받을 수 있는 계기를 마련하였고, 더 나아가 전세계 주요 국가들에도 특허 등록을 계속해 나가는데 최선을 다할 계획이다”라고 전했다. 
 
금영엔터테인먼트 김진갑 대표이사는 “이번 특허취득은 K-POP 한류 확산으로 노래를 즐기는 세계인의 라이프스타일에 가치 있는 변화를 줄 수 있는 매우 의미있는 성과”라며 “금영엔터테인먼트가 가진 국내 음악 제작 DNA를 바탕으로 한층 진화된 음악 콘텐츠를 서비스하여 세계인에게 사랑 받는 기업으로 자리매김 하겠다.”는 포부를 밝혔다.
